The Tall and Curvy Rockstars

I had the opportunity to listen to one of LuLaRoe's training calls this week by  Patrick, LuLaRoe's Design/development/production guy-
He was explaining the process of making the clothing in various sizes, including plus size. (Don't quote me, just how I remember!) He said in other companies they start with medium and make the garment to fit a medium. And from that skew they add or take away inches to make bigger or smaller sizes. (Doesn't that totally explain how all plus tops are these mis-shapen short fat squares?!) NOT LULAROE. Each size is designed for a WOMAN on a WOMAN of THAT SIZE. That's why they're clothing fits better! He has a passion for providing women with fashionable well fitted clothing and for making them feel beautiful and it comes across in the work he does! I wish more companies were like this.

I also found that LuLaRoe will be putting out reversible garments in 2017! How exciting!

Halloween LuLa- Style!

Halloween is right around the corner and you KNOW I'm not celebrating without my Roe! Seriously, guys, LuLaRoe comes out with so many unique pieces of clothing and you can find anything you need for ANY costume within LuLaRoe. Here are some examples I came up with, with items from my OWN inventory! Color Blocked Cassie

LuLaRoe is always coming out with interesting prints and fabrics to add variety to their already existing styles. Recently they started doing these amazing color blocked Cassie skirts I just cannot get enough of! I had received a few in my orders over the last few weeks but when I saw one come in in GREY and BLACK I just had to have it!

Fashion is confidence and this skirt hugs the booty just right and is so flattering! I'm a 3x and I adore the Cassie skirt! I paired my color blocked Cassie with a classic t and a Lindsay kimono! The Amazing Unicorn Irma

If you're at all involved in LuLaRoe culture you've heard the term "unicorn" thrown around plenty. In "LuLaWorld" A unicorn is a very sought after print for an individual. It might have some special meaning to the individual, or they may just think it's friggen' adorable and will offer to sell organs or pay outrageous amounts of money for said "unicorn." Needless to say.. things can get a little CRAZY!!!

I keep making this mistake of not going through my boxes BEFORE I have an "opening the box sneak peek" live video for my customers.... then I get amazing  "unicorn" items and have already shown them to my customers.. so I don't feel like its even an option to keep the item! LOL! This happened recently with the oh so amazing, so beautiful, so elusive ...

BOW IRMA.

 

I showed my group the bow Irma  during a box opening sneak peek and let me tell you the struggle was REAL not to delete the sneak peek video and run and hide that Irma in the back of my closet! After all, that's why I became a consultant right? First dibs?! I had people messaging me, begging for this Irma or asking when it would be for sale. I tried it on myself and found it to be a little snug, ( but definitely still wearable!) I decided I had to let me awesome customers have it.

So I took one epic pic and then did a raffle to purchase the Irma, so many people wanted it I wanted everyone to have a fair shot, and I had over 200 people enter the raffle! Here's my epic pic of her, I miss her so... 

I paired her with a joy vest and black leggings!

Sarah's!

Hello hello! It's been a little while! I am excited to announce that I have added the gorgeous Sarah cardigan to my shop, just in time for Fall and Winter! I didn't own myself when the leaves started to turn and ordered a couple just to "try out". Sure enough, I was HOOKED.

The SARAH CARDIGAN  is a gorgeous, long, duster style cardigan. It comes knit, printed in all sorts of fun patterns, solids, striped, and ribbed! (i've even seen some plaid ones popping up lately!!!) It retails for $70 and comes in sizes xxs- XL.

I FOUND MY CARLY!

I've been on the hunt for the perfect Carly since they came out! Everyone's orders seem to have been delayed and those I know on my team who did get them in hadn't gotten any in 2 or 3x. As for myself, every time I make an inventory order and spend all of my money on all sorts of other LuLa goods for my group. then Carly's pop-up suddenly in stock! I keep telling myself to hold off and just save my money, but I really want to have new inventory every week and not knowing when they'll be up.. you see the dilemma!
I wasn't sure how the Carly would fit, I struggled some with it being shorter in the front due to my height (i'm 5'10") So I paired it with some heathered blue leggings! I'm loving the Carly!


I had a customer come shop with me this week who had a Carly she wanted to return to me for store credit! It was such a beautiful pattern and fit me perfectly! I'm such a sucker for a FLORAL! So I ended up oweing my shopper money in the end LOL!
